  CHAIRMAN LEMAN  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order           
 at 4:40 p.m., and noted the presence of Senators Miller, Torgerson,           
 Taylor, Duncan and Leman.                                                     
                                                                               
  CHAIRMAN LEMAN  brought  SCR 18  (SUSPEND UNIFORM RULES FOR HB 63)           
 before the committee as the only order of business.                           
                                                                               
  SENATOR TORGERSON  moved SCR 18 be approved for calendaring at the           
 discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
